This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, modules, and bundles provided by EmpowerALLiance.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds are issued for:
- individual 3-session modules
- 3-module bundles
- the full 9-module program
- downloadable materials
- worksheets, checklists, or PDFs
- any bonuses or additional materials
Once access is granted, the sale is final.
2. EU Digital Content Policy
If you reside in the EU:
You acknowledge at checkout that:
✔ You request immediate access to the digital content
✔ You waive the 14-day right of withdrawal
This is legally permitted under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
3. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction
Refunds are not granted for:
- change of mind
- not using or completing the content
- expecting different results
- personal circumstances
- internet issues or device problems
We provide informational content; your results depend on your own application.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same module twice, please contact us within 48 hours.
We will:
- grant a replacement, or
- apply a credit toward another module
No cash refunds will be issued.
5. Technical Issues
If you cannot access the content due to a technical issue:
- we will assist you
- resolving access issues does not qualify for a refund
