    These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of digital modules, products, and materials (“Services”) provided by EmpowerALLiance (“Consultant”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
    By purchasing, accessing, or using any Service, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

    If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Services.

    1. Nature of Services

    The Services provided by EmpowerALLance are informational in nature.
    They do not constitute:

    • medical advice
    • diagnosis or treatment
    • psychotherapy
    • physiotherapy
    • nutritional therapy
    • legal, financial, or professional advice

    No medical or therapeutic relationship is created.

    2. Eligibility to Purchase

    By purchasing any Service, you confirm that:

    • you are at least 18 years old
    • you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
    • you are purchasing the Service for personal or business use, not resale

    3. Digital Product Access

    Upon purchase, you receive access to the module(s) specified in your Offer.

    Access is:

    • personal and non-transferable
    • limited to the purchased content
    • subject to revocation if you violate these terms

    You may not share, sell, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All content, including but not limited to:

    • videos
    • frameworks
    • worksheets
    • text
    • audio
    • graphics
    • structure and methodology

    is the exclusive property of EmpowerALLance.

    You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal development.

    Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

    5. No Guarantees of Results

    Results vary based on individual factors such as:

    • lifestyle
    • health status
    • personal commitment
    • work environment
    • application of information

    EmpowerALLance does not guarantee:

    • specific performance improvements
    • health outcomes
    • weight loss
    • stress reduction
    • productivity increases
    • behavioral change

    6. Payments

    All payments are due immediately upon purchase through our designated payment processor(s).

    You agree:

    • to provide accurate billing information
    • that unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination
    • that payment must be completed before access is granted

    7. No Refunds (Digital Content)

    Due to the immediate access provided and the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
    This includes:

    • individual modules
    • module bundles
    • full program bundles
    • downloadable materials

    No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

    This complies with EU digital content rules when the client actively agrees to waive the right of withdrawal at checkout.

    8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Requirement)

    If you are located in the EU:

    You acknowledge that by accessing digital content immediately after purchase, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

    This waiver is clearly displayed at checkout.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpowerALLance is not liable for:

    • personal injury
    • physical discomfort
    • adverse reactions to movement or nutrition changes
    • financial loss
    • business decisions made based on the content
    • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    Your use of the Services is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

    10. Termination of Access

    We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if:

    • you violate these Terms
    • you share or distribute proprietary content
    • you behave abusively toward our staff or systems
    • fraudulent activity is suspected

    11. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
